One of our therapists shared:<\/p>\n \u201cI worked with an 80-year-old woman who came to therapy after losing her husband. She believed her life had little meaning left. Over time, she reconnected with old friends, began volunteering, and found joy again. Therapy gave her space to grieve, reflect, and ultimately rebuild.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Mental health support allows older adults to grieve, heal, rediscover themselves, and grow<\/strong>\u2014even late in life.<\/p>\n Senior therapy<\/a> doesn\u2019t happen in a vacuum.
