I am an advanced-year student pursuing my graduate degree at the University of Maryland, School of Social Work. Throughout my academic and professional experiences, I have gained valuable clinical skills and utilized various modalities such as motivational interviewing, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and more. A desire to feel seen and heard is central to the human experience, and this serves as a guiding principle in my therapeutic approach to practice. Through an empathetic, strengths-based approach, I meet clients where they are and tailor support to meet individual needs. I strive to build meaningful therapeutic alliances where clients feel safe and supported while navigating through challenges. My neuroscience background and experiences as an executive functioning coach have deepened my understanding of individual differences and some of the unique experiences of neurodivergent individuals. I believe that every person deserves to feel seen, supported, and fulfilled in a way that is meaningful to them. I look forward to working with clients of all backgrounds and promoting the well-being of individuals through client-centered care.<\/p>\n
