Even when responses sound warm or confident, they may be misleading or wrong.<\/p>\n<p>This can lead to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Confusing or unsafe mental health advice<\/li>\n<li>Reinforcement of worries or negative thinking<\/li>\n<li>Missed warning signs for self-harm or trauma<\/li>\n<li>Suggestions that don\u2019t fit your personal circumstances<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For anyone searching for <i>\u201cAI therapy\u201d<\/i> or <i>\u201cmental health support in Olney, Maryland,\u201d<\/i> this distinction is essential.
